Medication Refill Request

Prescriptions and refills for established patients are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm by calling 401-596-6330 or by having the pharmacy fax the request to 401-348-0420. No refills will be issued during the evenings, weekends or on holidays as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. Try to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
